Our sessions
Three ways to bring order to your household records
Each session format is designed for a different starting point and level of involvement — from a single afternoon to an extended household programme.
Back to HomeHow Sereya works
Our approach to every session
Every Sereya session begins with the same two questions: what do you have, and what does it mean to you? From there, we work together — without a fixed agenda — to understand the documents in front of us, where they belong, and how to store them so the right person can find them when it matters.
We do not use templates that assume everyone has the same paperwork. A household approaching retirement in Korat may have GPF records, SSO contributions, land documents in Thai script, private insurance policies in English, and a decades-old savings book — all in one folder. We work with what is there.
After every session, you leave with a plain-language summary of what we covered, a filing structure agreed together, and a note on anything you want to follow up with a professional of your choosing. Nothing is retained by Sereya.
Unhurried
Sessions are scheduled with enough buffer that nothing gets rushed
Bilingual
English and Thai — switch freely, no need to commit to one language
Private
We never copy or retain anything from your documents
Documented
You receive a written summary after every session, always
Session 01
Retirement Paperwork Orientation
A single, unhurried session introducing how to read, sort, and store retirement-related documents. Purely educational and organisational, with no advice that requires a licence. Suitable for anyone who wants to understand what they have before deciding what to do next.
- Learn what each document category means (pension, insurance, land, savings)
- Understand what is kept where, and why
- Simple labelling method you can continue at home
- Written summary and filing notes included
How it works
- 1You bring your documents — any state of organisation is fine
- 2We go through each category together, explaining as we go
- 3We agree a simple structure for ongoing storage
- 4You leave with a written summary and next-steps note
Session 02
Document Organisation Workshop
A practical workshop on building a tidy, reliable system for important records and contacts. Habit-focused and easy to maintain at home. Ideal for households that understand what their documents say but have not yet established a consistent way to store and find them.
- Design a filing system matched to your home's specific documents
- Build simple routines so the system does not need rescuing every year
- Establish a contacts list: who to call for each document type
- Physical and digital storage options discussed
- Full written framework and session summary provided
Workshop structure
- 1Half-day one: audit of existing documents and categories
- 2Design of a filing structure suited to your household
- 3Half-day two: habit routines and contacts register
- 4Written framework document and follow-up email within two weeks
Session 03
Household Continuity Programme
An extended programme helping a household assemble and maintain key information together, with gentle review routines and clear hand-off notes throughout. Designed for families where more than one person needs to understand the records, or where there is a natural moment of transition on the horizon.
- Full household document review across all relevant categories
- Multi-week programme with regular check-ins — not a single overwhelming day
- Hand-off notes written for each document area — clear for any family member to read
- Family members welcome at every session
- Final household record summary document provided
Programme outline
- 1Week 1: full document audit and category mapping
- 2Weeks 2–3: filing system design and habit-building sessions
- 3Week 4: hand-off note writing for each document area
- 4Final review and household continuity document handover

Our consistent standards
Document privacy
Nothing is photographed, copied, or retained by Sereya. Your documents go home with you, every time.
Scope clarity
We state at the start of each session what we can and cannot discuss. No blurring of educational and advisory roles.
Family welcome
Spouses, adult children, and carers may attend any session. There is no additional charge for family members.
Bilingual delivery
Sessions are available in English, Thai, or a natural mix of both. Participants set the language, not the facilitator.
Written summaries
Every session ends with a summary in your hands. This is not optional or an add-on; it is part of every booking.
PDPA-aligned handling
Any personal data we hold (name, contact, session notes) is handled in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act.
