1. About Sereya

Sereya ("we", "us", "our") is an educational and document-organisation service operating from 88 Thanon Chomsurang, Nai Mueang, Mueang, Nakhon Ratchasima 30000, Thailand. We can be reached at +66 44 271 905 or [email protected].

By using our website or booking a session, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of our services

Sereya offers three session types:

• Retirement Paperwork Orientation (฿3,600): A single introductory session on how to read, sort, and store retirement-related documents.
• Document Organisation Workshop (฿15,500): A practical workshop for building a tidy, reliable system for important records and contacts.
• Household Continuity Programme (฿35,000): An extended programme helping a household assemble and maintain key information together.

All sessions are purely educational and organisational in nature. We do not provide financial planning, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any service that requires a professional licence under Thai law or any other jurisdiction.

Sereya staff are not licensed financial advisers, lawyers, accountants, or medical professionals. Nothing said or provided during a session should be relied upon as professional advice of any kind.

3. Bookings and payments

Sessions are booked by contacting us by phone or via the enquiry form on our website. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date and time with you in writing (by email or message) and you have paid the session fee in full.

Payment is due before the session begins unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer to details provided on your booking confirmation.

Prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices may change from time to time; any change will not affect a booking already confirmed.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is:

• More than 5 business days before your session: full refund, or rescheduling at no charge.
• 2–5 business days before your session: 50% refund, or one free reschedule.
• Less than 2 business days before your session: no refund; rescheduling is at our discretion.

If Sereya needs to cancel a session, we will offer you a full refund or reschedule at your choice. We will give you as much notice as possible.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of the cancellation being agreed.

5. Your responsibilities

When booking and attending a session, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information at the time of booking
• Arrive on time or join a video call at the agreed time
• Ensure that any documents you bring to a session are your own or that you have permission to share them
• Use the session content for personal, household, or educational purposes only — not for commercial resale or redistribution
• Treat Sereya staff with courtesy and respect

6. Limitation of liability

Sereya's sessions are educational. We are not responsible for decisions you make about your finances, documents, household affairs, or any other matter based on information discussed in a session.

We take reasonable care with materials and handouts provided during sessions. To the extent permitted by Thai law, Sereya's total liability for any claim arising from a session is limited to the fee paid for that session.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind, including loss of income, savings, or opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Thai law, including liability for negligence causing personal injury.

7. Intellectual property

Handouts, worksheets, and organisational templates provided in sessions are for your personal household use. You may not reproduce, sell, or share them publicly without our written permission.

All content on our website — text, layout, and design — belongs to Sereya. You may view and print it for personal reference only.

8. Privacy and data

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). By booking a session, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

9. Cookies

Our website uses cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time via the banner on our homepage.

10. Website availability

We aim to keep our website available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or take down pages at any time without notice. Information on the website is for general guidance only and may not reflect the most current session prices or availability.

11. Third-party links

Our website may link to external sites such as government pension information pages. These links are provided for your convenience only. Sereya has no control over those sites and is not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website on the date of your booking confirmation is the version that applies to your booking. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page whenever we make changes.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nakhon Ratchasima Province, Thailand.
