About Sereya

A calm place to bring your paperwork

We exist to make retirement documents less daunting — one folder, one label, one session at a time.

Our story

Where Sereya comes from

Sereya was started in Nakhon Ratchasima after years of hearing the same quiet frustration from people approaching retirement: the paperwork had become a pile, the pile had become a weight, and nobody seemed to have time to sit down and go through it without an agenda.

We are not a financial firm and we are not a legal office. We are a small team of document specialists and adult-education practitioners who believe that understanding your own papers — being able to find them, read them, and pass them on clearly — is something every household deserves.

Our sessions are slow by design. We work at your pace, in plain language, with no pressure to act on anything we discuss. The result is a household that knows where its records are, what they mean, and who to contact when questions arise.

Our mission

To give every household in Korat the confidence of knowing where their retirement documents are and what those documents say — without needing to consult anyone who charges by the hour.

Our vision

A Nakhon Ratchasima where every retiring household hands over a clear, well-organised record to the next generation — no hunting through drawers, no guessing who to call.

Our values

  • Patience over speed
  • Plain words over jargon
  • Families over clients
  • Honest about what we can and cannot do

How we work

Our standards

Clearly bounded scope

We explain in every session exactly what we can and cannot help with. Anything requiring a licensed professional is noted so you know who to approach next.

Strict document privacy

We never photograph or copy client documents. Notes made during a session are kept by you. We do not retain any record of the contents of your paperwork.

Plain-language commitment

Every explanation is given in straightforward English (and Thai on request). We do not use finance or legal terminology without explaining it first.

Family inclusion

Relatives and carers are welcome at any session, and we structure the Household Continuity Programme specifically around whole-family participation.

Session notes provided

After each session, we hand you a simple summary sheet: what we covered, the filing system we agreed on, and any follow-up tasks you want to do yourself.

No upselling

We offer three clear session types and prices. We will tell you honestly which one fits your situation — including if you do not need the more extensive option.

Background

Document organisation for Nakhon Ratchasima households

Nakhon Ratchasima — commonly known as Korat — has a growing population of households navigating the paperwork that comes with retirement. Social security correspondence from the Social Security Office, government pension letters from the GPF or EGF, land title documents, condominium records, insurance folders — the categories multiply quickly, and most people have never been shown how to structure them.

Sereya was built for exactly that gap. We are not advisors, consultants, or agents of any kind. We are educators and organisers — people who sit beside you and help you understand what each piece of paper says, where it belongs, and how to find it again when it matters.

Our work is especially useful for households where one person has always handled the records and the other is not sure where to begin, or where grown children live elsewhere and need to know the family's documents are in order. The Household Continuity Programme is designed to bring those threads together calmly, over several weeks, rather than in one overwhelming afternoon.

Every session at Sereya is conducted without judgment. Whether your records are perfectly filed or bundled in a carrier bag, we start from where you are and build from there. The goal is always a household that knows what it has and can find it without panic.
