What exactly happens in a session?
We sit together — at our office or, for the Household Continuity Programme, at your home — and go through your documents one by one. We explain what each paper is, where it fits in your overall picture, and how to store or label it so you can find it later. There is no rush, and you set the pace.
Do you give financial or legal advice?
No, and we are clear about that. Sereya is an educational and organisational service. We help you understand what a document says and where to keep it. We do not tell you what to do with your money, your estate, or any legal matter — those questions belong with a qualified professional.
How long does each session take?
The Retirement Paperwork Orientation is a single session of around two hours. The Document Organisation Workshop runs across two half-days. The Household Continuity Programme is spread over several weeks, with regular check-ins, to build lasting habits rather than a one-time fix.
What documents should I bring or have ready?
Bring whatever you have — pension letters, social security correspondence, bank statements, property documents, insurance papers, contact lists. There is no wrong pile. Part of the first session is simply taking stock of what you have, so do not worry if things are disorganised right now.
Can family members join the session?
Yes, and we encourage it. Having a spouse, adult child, or trusted relative present means more than one person understands the system — which is exactly the point. The Household Continuity Programme is specifically designed to involve the whole household.
What are the prices and how do I pay?
The Retirement Paperwork Orientation is ฿3,600. The Document Organisation Workshop is ฿15,500. The Household Continuity Programme is ฿35,000. Payment is by Thai bank transfer before the first session. We will send full details when you confirm your booking.
